These sessions will help the participant to truly listen to their body. When one pauses and truly listens, their body will let them know:

What they may have been ignoring for a long time and how that is taking a toll on their health

Patterns of behavior that have now been reflected in the musculature and structure of their body

How to come back to vibrant good health
Sessions are structured individually to address the participants concerns and goals.
